Preparing to thrive

in Perimenopause & Menopause

If you’re between 35 and 65, you have likely noticed changes in your body, your sleep patterns, and your mood.

If not, you may be wondering (or dreading?) what changes may be coming your way soon.  There are so many negative stereotypes of midlife and menopause, but once we understand the incredible hormonal dance that’s happening and take steps to support our bodies through these changes, we can find ourselves feeling more vibrant, energetic, and confident than ever.
